All Australian Girl™ products may be returned if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Return within 7 days of the delivery date for an immediate refund or exchange.
We regret we can not refund delivery charges or postage costs for returns.
Except in the unlikely instance of a performance problem Items that are returned must be in new and unused condition and secured in undamaged and original packaging or refunds cannot be made.

We cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. It is advisable to insure, use a trackable carrier or if mailed from an Australian Post Office keep your receipt as proof you have mailed your return.
Items purchased at a retail store must be returned to the store of purchase.
